i need help in order to rectify the problem with X axis , last three days my machine gives me following alarms :
1. Alaam No. 201673 : Sensor module software/ hardwarein compatible.
2. Alarm No. : 201652 : SI CU : Illegal monitoring clock cycle. 103
3. Alarm No. : 231885 : Encoder 1 Drive-CLiQ(CU) : cyclic data transfer error
4. Alarm No. 207016 : Drive : Motor Temprature sensor fault
5. Alarm No. 25201 : Axis X1 drive fault.
pl help to resolve this issue.
